Karanggondang iron bridge that stands firmly on the stream of lava flowing mountain streams kelud branch, since the bridge was built decades ago, around the 1900's, this bridge has undergone a lot of renovation that is held to fix the condition of the bridge , as being the main traffic routes from Kediri and Blitar. This year the local government held another renovation for this bridge, Around the year 2011 and then, the edge of the bridge is experiencing landslides caused by rain water erosion. consequently all the walls on the side of the bridge falls or drops to the water bodies and rivers can not flow makes.
As a result of the incident, the local government held a development program to build this bridge, and up to now reform is ongoing.
